John Wolz
With a degree in architecture and more than 25 years of experience in commercial kitchen design, restaurant equipment and restaurant furnishings, John is the backbone of GATEWAY RESTAURANT SUPPLY. When you’re ready, John will assist you in the design and development of your commercial kitchen and overall restaurant design. His extensive background and expertise in all aspects of restaurant and kitchen design, and knowledge of equipment and furnishings allows GATEWAY to offer you a full-service company to handle your project from beginning to opening day.
VP OF OPERATIONS
Jeff Bauer
Jeff brings more than 20 years of managerial experience to help GATEWAY RESTAURANT SUPPLY maintain an effective and efficient operation. Using his experience with the operations of various business formats, Jeff is able to communicate a clear message of Quality, Service and Loyalty to our customers as we continue to grow and move forward in the design and development of your future in the restaurant industry.

Leah Young
Leah brings extensive project management skills to the team. She has a wide range of knowledge about working with contractors and vendors which enables her to efficiently and accurately process kitchen design jobs from the quoting stage all the way to the finished project.

Lou Ann Wolz
Lou Ann works alongside her husband John and the team to manage marketing and human resources. She is committed to supporting the long-term company vision and ensuring the well-being and success of the people on the Gateway team.

Caleb Wolz
Caleb oversees the warehouse and restaurant equipment detailing. His commitment to detail and efficiency ensure our customers receive only clean, high quality equipment.
Restaurant Equipment and Furnishings Installation and Delivery
Our drivers and installers understand the importance of safety. They are always updating their training to improve performance and stay in compliance with the ever-changing demands of the industry. They ensure your restaurant equipment is delivered with the best of care and always according to Illinois Department of Transportation guidelines.
